Hi, this is Ericc, the owner of Affordable Appliance Repair. I wanted to take this opportunity to let my customers know a little about myself and my vision for this business. I was born in Petaluma, Ca. and currently reside in the beautiful Sonoma County. I have a great love for my family and neighbors. I love spending time volunteering in the community and share a passion for blues music. In my spare time I love playing the blues with friends and family.
When my partner and I began this business, our philosophy was the same as it is today. I wanted to make an honest living and provide for my family. I knew I had to keep overhead costs to a minimum so I could pass on savings to my neighbors.
For most of Sonoma County I only charge a $109.00 service call. I refuse to become corporate and want to provide you with that small-town, Mom and Pops kind of feel. I want you to have the confidence that you are dealing with a company that is both honest and fair. Our goal is not to serve you just once..... we hope we will make a customer for life. We are committed to building strong relationships in the community by referrals and word of mouth. I would like to thank you in advance for your loyal business.

We understand your home is your haven. We won't let anyone in your home that we wouldn't let in ours!
4. We Offer Simple Pricing
$99 service call. No hourly rates, all work done by the job, not by the hour. $99 covers our fee to show up and diagnose, parts and labor after that. No hidden fees. You are under no obligation to have any repairs done. We honor the estimate we give you for 30 days, if you should decide to move forward with the repairs.
5. 90 Day Warranty
We warranty our labor and the parts for 90 days.
6. Property Management Partnerships
We take great pride in serving our local property management teams in Sonoma County. We provide excellent communication and small town service to both tenants, owners, and management teams. Our low costs can be passed down to the owners as your clients.
